This month, Jim Kelley of Champions DFW represented Complete Business Solutions Group in the lease of more than 1,500 square feet of office space at 1701 W. Northwest Highway in Grapevine. Complete Business Solutions Group is a commercial mortgage lender that is expanding into Texas.

5310 Pleasant Run

Bethel Methodist Church of North Texas has found a new home at 5310 Pleasant Run Road in Colleyville. Eric Goodwin of Champions DFW represented the landlord in this sale—which occurred this month. Bethel Methodist Church has relocated several times since leaving their original church property in Irving back in 2006.

In August, Jim Kelley represented the landlord in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot building with 1.15 acres of land at 4508 Colleyville Boulevard in Colleyville. This property is located southwest of Glade Road near Brown Trail Road. The buyer of this property was an investor.
