POSITION ROLE: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure optimal effectiveness, efficiency and growth.

SCOPE: The Administrative Assistant reports to the principal and is responsible for providing office management services and support to the entire Champions DFW Commercial Realty team and clients. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, managing office processes and maintaining office records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Office management & administrative support for 5-7 brokers
  • First point of contact to all visitors, clients and customers
  • Support & coordinating sale closings for broker/president & team associates
  • Prepare listing agreements, sale & lease contracts for broker/president
  • Assist agents with sale & lease contracts as needed
  • Office financial responsibility (A/R, A/P, payroll, invoicing & commissions)
  • Oversee & monitor all business disbursement accounts
  • Prepare financial reports as needed
  • Cultivate & manage relationships with property owners, builders, developers, contractors, title companies, banks, city government & chambers
  • Education/Experience
    • Commercial real estate experience is preferred, but not required
    • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience is required
    • Knowledge: The candidate must have proficiency in the following areas:
      • Knowledge of office administration and management
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook)
      • Knowledge of AR/AP management (Quick Books Pro)
      • Knowledge of accounting, administrative management practices/procedures
      • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
      • Knowledge of business and management principles
