Scoobeez, Inc. leased nearly 1,500 square feet of office space. Scoobeez is a driver service subcontractor of Amazon, Inc. Eric Goodwin of Champions DFW represented the landlord on this 2-year lease that commenced in October. Lisa Amend of Champions DFW represented the tenant.
Primary Residential Mortgage leased 1,500 square feet of office space. With offices throughout the United States, Primary Residential Mortgage is one of the top home mortgage companies in the U.S. Eric Goodwin represented Champions DFW in this lease—that began in November.
American Lumber inked a lease this month. American Lumber’s office space is nearly 1,500 square feet, and this family-owned business has offices throughout the United States. They specialize in retail/commercial distribution, panels, pallet and crate materials, animal bedding and building/truss materials. Eric Goodwin represented the landlord in this lease.
