At 771 East Southlake Boulevard in Southlake, Lisa Amend of Champions DFW represented the owner in the lease of 8,756 square feet of office space. Millennium Closing Services, LLC, leased the space, and the term begins on May 1. They provide land, legal, title service and insurance for residential and commercial real estate sales.
In Keller, Larry Dillon of Champions DFW represented the landlord in a couple of retail leases. Edward Jones (www.edwardjones.com) leased 1,000 square feet at 1665 Keller Parkway. At 721 Keller Parkway, Sweet Tooth Pastries leased 1,400 square feet.
