Earlier this month (June), Champions DFW sold a retail/office investment property to M-C Commercial Floors, Inc. The property is located at 506 Avenue K in Grand Prairie, and it features two freestanding buildings totaling more than 15,000 square feet.
Recently, Champions DFW sold nearly eight acres of commercial land to Aishwarya Properties, LLC. The land is located at the Stonebridge Office Park in Southlake. Champions DFW has made a significant impact in medical construction, the listing of medical properties and the completion of medical transactions throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
