All of these transactions were completed this month (August).

“We continue to see an increased demand for medical and professional office space throughout Northeast Tarrant County, and this trend has been building for the past twelve months. Deliveries and inventories are not keeping up with the market demand,” Jim Kelley said. He is the president/broker at Champions DFW.
At 630 North Kimball Avenue in Southlake, Dr. Alan Dennington of Better, Faster Urgent Care purchased a build-to-suit medical office building consisting of nearly 6,000 square feet. Medical Diagnostics (MDI) leased approximately 1,500 square feet of that building, and Dr. Dennington will occupy the remaining 4,500 square feet. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW was the intermediary on the Urgent Care transaction, and he represented the landlord in MDI’s lease. MDI is a leader in mobile NCV and EMG testing. 601 Zena Rucker Road in Southlake
Physician’s Management Company of Texas, LLC leased 3,090 square feet of medical office space at 601 Zena Rucker Road in Southlake. Jim Kelley represented the landlord in this transaction. Win Financial Group leased 1,107 square feet at 220 North Park Boulevard in Grapevine. Jim Kelley represented the landlord in this deal. Win Financial Group helps their clients create streams of income during their retirement years focusing on capital preservation and keeping taxes low. Capital Asset Resources leased 1,460 square feet at 2625 East Southlake Boulevard in Southlake. Jim Kelley represented the tenant in this lease.
