SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – The City of Southlake continues to display impressive commercial real estate growth with the announcement of several businesses moving to the area and the development of a significantly sized plot of land. The following transactions occurred in September.
Jim Kelley, of Champions DFW, represented Kimball Lakes, LLC, in the purchase of an acre (43,560 square feet) of commercial land at 1360 N Kimball Avenue. Kimball Lakes, LLC has plans to develop a medical office building.

Southwest Iron Works, Inc. is a construction company that relocated its corporate office from downtown Dallas to Southlake. They leased 1,105 square feet of office space at 325 Miron Drive. Eric Goodwin of Champions DFW represented the landlord in the transaction.
Alamo Title Company of Southlake leased 2,800 square feet of office space at 201 Players Circle in Southlake. Eric Goodwin of Champions DFW represented the landlord. Alamo Title has been providing title insurance and escrow closing services for buying, selling and refinancing real estate in the DFW market since 1922.
Paul Reitz of EXIT Realty opened a new office when he leased 2,419 square feet of office space at 415 East Southlake Blvd in Southlake. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW represented the landlord in the transaction. EXIT has become the fastest growing full-service real estate franchisor in North America.
