Jim Kelley, Broker/Principal of Champions DFW, represented the buyer in the sale of an office building in Hurst, Texas (777 Lonesome Dove). The Eastern European Mission—a non-profit company—purchased nearly 3,000 square feet. This transaction was completed in December.
Mr. Kelley also represented the landlord in an office lease in Keller, Texas (101 Bourland Road). A technical staffing company leased nearly 2,000 square feet of office space. This completed transaction also occurred in December.

Eric Goodwin, Director of Office & Industrial Services at Champions DFW, represented the landlord (GFP Keller Property) in the lease of more than 2,000 square feet in Keller (8845 N. Davis Road). A pharmaceutical sales company signed the lease in December.
