SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC, has focused on properties that satisfy hunger, the need for land, and electronic retail. Champions DFW is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, and they announce three recent completed transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In Grapevine (901 West Wall Street), Meat U Anywhere leased 982 square feet. Champions DFW represented the landlord. Meat U Anywhere is a unique Bar-B-Que concept and avoids being “boxed-in” by a corporate mentality, to serve great food and to continually exceed customers’ expectations. This lease was completed in May.
In Southlake (109 River Oaks), ProSource Information leased 1,665 square feet of office space. This transaction occurred in April. ProSource Information is a cooperative, member-owned, not-for-profit buying group that includes members of the former Home Entertainment Source (HES) and PRO Group. With retail sales of more than $4.5 billion, ProSource is the largest specialty and consumer-electronics merchandising group in the United States.
In Fort Worth (5600 Kroger Drive), Champions DFW recently sold a 1.69-acre commercial land tract. They sold it to 356 Development who will be constructing a flex/office building for one of their clients. Jeff Strong of Strong Commercial represented the buyer. This transaction took place in May.
