Champions DFW enhanced its medical commercial real estate portfolio when Jim Kelley represented the landlord in the lease of 3,500 square feet to Vista Rehab Partners. The property is located at 2401 Ira E. Woods in Grapevine. Vista Rehab Partners is already located in Grapevine, but they are moving to this new location because they are expanding their business. The lease occurred in October.
Vista Rehab Partners (vistarehab.com) is an independent, therapist-owned network of 16 outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics located in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. They provide personalized physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, and injury prevention services to patients across North Texas.
