Feel Good Commercial Real Estate

Sometimes, we all need a feel good story. This is a feel good story of a different sort, though. It features Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC and their strong tie to medical commercial real estate. It’s the kind of story that should always end happily!

Whether it’s in a weekly press release or an updated blog post, we are highlighting Champions DFW’s role in the development of Northeast Tarrant County and the entire Metroplex. Medical properties are a constant theme.

Since our last blog focusing on medical commercial real estate on August 25, Champions DFW continues to play a pivotal role in the closing of medical property transactions as well as having such properties for sale or lease.

“We continue to see an increased demand for medical and professional office space throughout Northeast Tarrant County, and this trend has been building for the past twelve months.  Deliveries and inventories are not keeping up with the market demand,” Jim Kelley was quoted saying in a recent press release.  He is the president/broker at Champions DFW.

Recently in Southlake, Champions DFW played a significant role in the completed property transactions of a Better, Faster Urgent Care Clinic, a Medical Diagnostics (MDI) office, medical office space for the Physician’s Management Company of Texas, LLC, and several medical office buildings. In Euless, Champions DFW represented a real estate company in the purchase of a medical office building that is nearly 12,000 square feet.
