Who is Jim Kelley?

Without Jim Kelley, there wouldn’t be Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC.  He is the president and a broker at Champions DFW.  Let’s learn more about Jim.

Champions: How would you describe Champions DFW?

Jim Kelley: Champions DFW is a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm with a team environment that is passionate about service.

CDFW: When did you decide you wanted to run your own firm?

JK: Once I saw that the market was being underserved with quality commercial real estate services, I decided I’d like to open my own company. My goal was simply to provide the highest level of professional, honest and straight forward customer service in the commercial real estate market.

CDFW: What has intrigued you about commercial real estate?

JK: I’m intrigued by the level of opportunities that exist throughout commercial real estate.

CDFW: What led you to get into the commercial real estate field?  Who has influenced you?

JK: After several years in the corporate world, I was led into commercial real estate by an opportunity that was presented to me through a friend. Several people in my life have influenced me, but the most important person was my mom who was a single mother that raised my two younger brothers and me.

CDFW: What are the strengths of Champions DFW?

JK: We are highly motivated, passionate and driven professionals that strive to assist each of our clients to succeed in their commercial real estate requirements, goals and endeavors.

CDFW: What do you like to do outside of work?

JK: I enjoy spending time with my wife, Melanie, and two boys, Jackson Cash & Beau Hudson.

CDFW: What do you envision for Champions DFW?

JK: I see steady growth and greater opportunities within the DFW market for Champions DFW.

CDFW: How would you describe the current real estate market?

JK:The current commercial estate market in the DFW area is “on fire!”
