At 630 Stoneglen Drive in Keller, Champions DFW represented the landlord in the sale of 1.53 acres of land to Providential Realty Partners. This land transaction occurred in October, and the buyer plans to construct professional offices on this property.
At 2401 Worthington Drive in Denton, Champions DFW represented the tenant in the lease of nearly 3,400 square feet. The former owner of DFW Honda leased this property in October.
At Bobcat Boulevard and Parkview Drive in Trophy Club, Champions DFW represented Dr. Rachel Webster in the purchase of 1.24 acres of land (southwest corner of this intersection). The plans are to construct a building totaling 6,250 square feet for a veterinary clinic. This land transaction was completed in August.
