Larry Dillon of Champions DFW represented the landlord for the following three office leases. In Keller, there were two properties. Mink Lashes & Nail Bar leased 3,303 square feet at 721 Keller Parkway. Think Cre8tive, an advertising and marketing firm, leased 1,051 square feet at 1665 Keller Parkway. In North Richland Hills, Demian Kim, DDS, leased 2,270 square feet at 8509 Davis Boulevard.

Champions DFW has two properties available for lease including 3033 Clairemont Avenue in Euless. It’s 1,700 square feet of single tenant office space nestled into an upscale residential community. This property is also available for sale. Inside of a 21,000-sq-ft retail strip center in Fort Worth (9650 Legacy Drive) is a vacant restaurant/retail end cap in the range of 1100-2300 square feet.
