Position Overview

Based in the Champions DFW Commercial Realty office, this critical position will drive the internal and external Marketing strategies for all of CDFW’s real estate endeavors. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing objectives be in-line with CDFW’s mission and values.

Scope of Responsibility/Expectation

  • Coordinate and support social media interest in the business and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
  • Responsible for all real estate digital activities including website, social media, videos, webinars and email marketing
  • Collaborate with sales to identify marketing challenges and opportunities and find productive ways to address them
  • Email Broadcasting (CIB/LoopNet)
  • Email Prospect List (LoopNet)
  • Perform all In-House Listing Updates, Removals & New Listings
  • Update/Create content for Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Obtain Listing Photographs/Drone Footage (Drone provided)
  • Handle all Signage Requirements/Tracking for the company
  • Attend Chamber Events/Luncheons with clients
  • Ensure in-House Documents stay up-to-date: Property Listing Spreadsheet, Property Assignments, Lead Sheet, CIB/LoopNet Schedule, Sign Order Tracker, Medical spreadsheets
  • Answer incoming calls while in office
  • Create/Update Floor/Site/Survey Plans for listings that otherwise lack an efficient plan
  • Stay on Top of: CoStar, Property Line, SpotCRE, Crexi & LoopNet commercial databases
  • Creates General Marketing Content
  • Track engagement and performance of marketing activities

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
  • The ability to understand and build upon insights and research and turn them into compelling marketing campaigns and communication
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Internal networking to identify cross-marketing opportunities and synergies
  • Preparing marketing materials to support sales and property management
  • Identifying industry events and coordinate with sales team on attendance

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant client marketing in the financial services, real estate or professional services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication / copywriting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects/plans and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent digital marketing skills – social media, videos, and email marketing
  • Willingness to go above and beyond your daily calling
  • Evidence of delivering innovative marketing campaign(s)
  • Ability to multi-task with proven organizational skills
  • Ability to find a solution where it may seem impossible
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Commercial acumen
  • Exceptional attention to detail
