SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Medical real estate opportunities are plentiful in North Texas. Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC announces the completion of three medical real estate properties. Champions DFW is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Southlake, and they service the entire Dallas / Fort Worth area. Jim Kelley, the president and broker at Champions DFW represented each of the physicians in the following three medical real estate transactions.
Dr. Jerald Goldstein purchased nearly 6,000 square feet of a medical office pad site covering almost three acres at 540 E. Southlake Boulevard in Southlake. Dr. Goldstein is the owner of Fertility Specialists of Texas. He intends to occupy 3,000 square feet and lease the remaining square footage.
Dr. Hamid Kamran purchased two pad sites totaling nearly an acre of land at 2725 and 2735 Matlock Road in Arlington. Dr. Kamran intends to construct two medical office buildings. He will occupy one building (approximately 5,000 square feet), and he will lease the second building (approximately 4,000 square feet).
Dr. Scott Bedichek specializes in periodontics. He purchased nearly a half-acre of land at 3516 Golden Triangle Road in Fort Worth. Dr. Bedichek’s practice will occupy 4,500 square feet while another 1,500 will be available to be leased upon build-out.
