The lease was for more than 2,500 square feet at 1631 Lancaster Drive, suite 225. This medical office space is adjacent to the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine.
In Irving, Champions DFW represented Dr. Elizabeth Joseph in her purchase of 3108 N MacArthur Drive. Dr. Joseph is a pediatric dentist whose office is located in the heart of Irving. Jim Kelley of Champions DFW brokered the sale.
Charmain Wynter Interior Designs leased more than 500 square feet at 1727 E Southlake Boulevard (suite 120) in Southlake. Eric Goodwin of Champions DFW represented this interior designer, and the location they leased is now completely leased.
