SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – From Arlington to Trophy Club to Southlake and to Keller, the DFW commercial real estate market is experiencing plentiful leasing opportunities. Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC, announces the completion of leasing agreements featuring a car sales business, a spa, a management firm and a consulting firm. Champions DFW is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Southlake, and they service the entire Dallas / Fort Worth area.

Auto Hero opened its first location in the DFW Metroplex. It’s in Arlington (1201 W. Arbrook). Auto Hero’s parent company is in Germany, but their original market in the United States is Austin. Auto Hero also has locations in San Antonio and Houston (autohero.com). Rudy Janecka of Champions DFW represented Auto Hero in the signing of this lease.

SBB Management signed a new five-year lease at 1670 Keller Parkway in Keller (more than 2,500 square feet). SBB has been a tenant on the 1670 campus for the last eight years. SBB specializes in homeowners’ association management services. Peterson Management Consulting inked a five-year lease at 301 Trophy Branch Drive in Trophy Club (nearly 2,000 square feet). This lease brings the building capacity to 100-percent. Jim Kelley of the Champions DFW represented the landlord in both of the aforementioned deals.

Serendipity Day Spa leased nearly 2,000 square feet in Southlake (1695 E. Southlake Boulevard). Serendipity is a full-service European style spa with a sophisticated ambiance. They also pamper their clients with an exclusive line of products. Lisa Amend and Gloria Larson of Champions DFW represented the landlord and tenant on this lease.
