SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Champions DFW Commercial Realty announces the recent completion of four commercial real estate transactions in the Mid-Cities of the Dallas / Fort Worth area. These community additions are in Southlake, Keller and Euless. Champions DFW is based in Southlake, but they are a full-service commercial real estate brokerage covering the entire DFW area.

Jim Kelley of Champions DFW worked with the landlord on an industrial/flex lease with Morrison Supply. The Southwest’s leading wholesale distributor leased a 15,000-sq-ft facility in Southlake (325 Commerce Street). Morrison Supply specializes in plumbing, HVAC, pipes, fittings, valves, utilities, oil & gas supplies, appliances and lighting. Morrison Supply signed their lease in February, and this Southlake location is opening soon.
“We are excited that Morrison Supply chose to locate their regional showroom in Southlake, and we’re looking forward to their success in their new location,” Kelley said. He is the president of Champions DFW.
The City Bank of Texas expanded to Southlake. In April, Lisa Amend of Champions DFW represented the landlord when the City Bank of Texas signed their lease at 751 East Southlake Boulevard in Southlake. It’s a 1,500-sq-ft office space. City Bank of Texas is based in Lubbock and has branches throughout the State of Texas.

Larry Dillon of Champions DFW assisted the buyer in purchasing a 40,000-square-foot office building at 1701 West Euless Boulevard in Euless. This office building is south of Highway-183 and west of FM-157. Jim Kelley and Larry Dillon worked together to complete a retail lease in April. Jim Kelley represented the landlord, and Larry Dillon represented the tenant when Virtual Insurance Group signed a lease on a 1,694-sq-ft space at 901 Keller Parkway in Keller.
