Properties of Champions: Grapevine and Hurst

SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announces the completion of three transactions, two in Grapevine and one in Hurst.  Champions DFW is based in Southlake, and is focused on the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area.

American List Council (ALC)/Gnames Media leased 1,305 square feet at 1125 South Ball Street in Grapevine.  For more than 30 years, ALC has helped their clients utilize data to acquire new customers’ profitability and to maximize the value of those customers.  Jim Kelley of Champions DFW represented the landlord on this office lease in July.

Also in Grapevine, AHT Enterprises leased 250 square feet of executive office space at 621 North Main Street.  This lease occurred in July, and Larry Dillon of Champions DFW represented the landlord.

Ecowaters Texas ( purchased a commercial building in June located at 900 Barbara Ann Drive, one block north of Pipeline Avenue in Hurst.  Ecowaters Texas had been based in Fort Worth since 2007.  The Hurst location will be their new main offices and distribution headquarters.  Ecowaters Texas offers a full line of residential and commercial water softeners and reverse osmosis solutions for the entire DFW area.  Lisa Amend of Champions DFW represented the buyers in a broker to owner sales transaction.
