These deals were accomplished in the Dallas / Fort Worth communities of Mansfield, Bedford, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie and Southlake.
In Fort Worth, Lisa Amend of Champions DFW represented the buyer in the purchase of a Wal-Mart shadowed retail strip center at 9650 Legacy Drive. This property is 21,023 square feet. Lisa Amend represented another buyer in the acquisition of three stand-alone, multi-tenant and newly built office buildings in Southlake (584, 590 and 596 Kimball Avenue).
In Mansfield, Larry Dillon of Champions DFW represented the tenant when Raymond’s Liquor Store leased 5,500 square feet at 8111 Highway 287. At 813 Brown Trail Road in Bedford, Larry Dillon represented the landlord when The Gospel Network leased 1,525 square feet and Elementz Body Works & Wellness Center leased 856 square feet. In Grand Prairie, Larry Dillon also represented the landlord in a retail space lease. Christine’s Concrete Sawing and Sealing, LLC, leased 4,180 square feet at 311 Main Street.
