This month in Grapevine, Champions DFW completed a purchase and a lease. Lisa Amend represented Grapevine Hawaii, LLC in the purchase of an investment property at 230 North Park Boulevard. Jim Kelley represented the landlord in a lease of a 1,365-square-foot property at 220 North Park Blvd. Northwest Custom, LLC, a general roofing contractor, is the tenant.
In May, Champions DFW completed a couple leases. Eric Goodwin represented Privy Oasis, LLC in the lease of a 698-sq-ft office in Grapevine (220 N Park Blvd.). Privy Oasis is a concierge mental health service. Larry Dillon represented the landlord, Enforia Ventures, in the lease of 1,210-sq-ft office in Fort Worth (6636 Riverside Drive).
