SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC further defined their real estate reach with recently completed transactions located in Dallas and Fort Worth. Champions DFW is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Southlake, and they service the entire Dallas / Fort Worth area of Texas.

Petersen Management Consulting, LLC recently purchased a flex/industrial building at 1262 Round Table in Dallas. Jim Kelley, the Founder and President of Champions DFW, represented the buyer in this transaction, a 10,000-square foot flex/industrial building. Petersen Management plans to relocate one of their subsidiary businesses to the property in 2016.

Villa Monterrey, LLC recently purchased a 1.5-acre medical/office pad site in Fort Worth at 2918 Sycamore School Road. Jim Kelley represented the seller in this transaction. Villa Monterrey plans to develop medical and office buildings on the site.
