SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – In Southlake property news, Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC, recently completed three transactions. Champions DFW is a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Southlake, Texas and services the entire Metroplex.
In October, Jim Kelley represented the landlord in selling 28,750 square feet of office space. This property was located at the Chapel Hill Office Park—211 East Southlake Boulevard. This coveted space was sold to an investor.
On Miron Drive, Champions DFW was involved with a couple of transactions. The office space at 300 Miron Drive was sold to attorney David Coffin whose practice is focused solely on IRS controversy and disputes for individuals and businesses throughout Texas. This office space totals nearly 3,400 square feet. Jim Kelley represented the seller, and the transaction was completed in September.
At 325 Miron Drive, Compassion Solutions leased more than 1,000 square feet of office space. Compassion Solutions consists of several counselors who offer adult and adolescent therapy. Eric Goodwin represented Champions DFW in this November transaction.
