Prior to launching Champions DFW Commercial Realty, I saw that the market was being underserved. It lacked quality commercial real estate services, I was led to launch Champions DFW Commercial Realty. My goal was simply to provide the highest level of professional, honest and straight forward customer service in the commercial real estate market. Jim Kelley, Principal and Broker, formed Champions DFW Commercial Realty, LLC in 2007. This full service brokerage provides comprehensive services to the Dallas / Fort Worth commercial real estate market. From day one, the cornerstone for Champions DFW Commercial Realty is to provide the highest level of professional and responsive commercial real estate services delivering first class customer service to each client.
With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience delivering solutions to top Fortune 500 companies, Jim brings a unique background to the commercial real estate industry. Prior to forming Champions DFW Commercial Realty, Jim provided commercial real estate brokerage services throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate market for over four years. His extensive professional background, resourcefulness and keen knowledge of the local market enables him to provide creative solutions and opportunities for his clients.
Jim received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Abilene Christian University. In addition to the Southlake and Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, he is an active member of the NTCAR, TAR, SCR, NAR, NCE, AMA organizations.
Jim and his wife Melanie live in Grapevine with their sons Jackson and Beau; and daughter Piper. They are active members of Gateway Church in Southlake. The Kelley’s enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
